I called Zack at Avon New Balance, he took care of everything, even tho I had made a mistake on what I thought was a price mistake and I was wrong. He was very professional and had a total customer service attitude. He is an excellent employee to have.”
“I just reviewed my exp through PH’s website directly but wanted to add this to Google too. I threw all my ice hockey equipment out after college. So rebuying all my gear 13 years later was certainly going to be somewhat stressful for me since I’m so “out of the game.” Updates to technology and all. My first time at any of your stores and when I entered through the West Hartford, CT, doors I was instantly impressed by how big and clean the store was. I kept thinking how I would’ve loved this growing up as a kid. George pulled up before the door behind me even closed shut. I instantly felt bad because I knew this was going to be a project in itself (again starting from scratch). George had me in and out in like 60. I never dropped that much money on gear that fast in my life. I tried on multiple pants, skates, etc. George, the whole time was kind, helpful and alert. It wasn’t till the end of my shopping experience when I realized he was a manager too. Which blew away because he was so involved in the whole experience. It also solidified my new found loyalty in the brand that is Pure Hockey. I will continue to get my skates sharpened here from this moment on and PH will always get my first look when I need to upgrade or add to my collection.”

“Shop here for all your sporting good needs. They have a great selection and competitive prices, with personal service that you just can't get in the big box stores. We buy all of our kids' lacrosse equipment at Sartorius now, and they've never steered us wrong. Our older daughter was ready for an advanced/high level stick and we appreciated so much that she could try many different options right there in the store and get feedback from staff members who actually know the sport and could guide her towards the best options for the position she plays. Our younger daughter's goalie helmet had a hardware issue about 6 months after we bought it and I brought it to Sartorius expecting to need to pay $40 for a new throat guard - not so, Chris had the right hardware and fixed it for us in minutes. Their stringing services are also fairly-priced and quick.”

“REI is a great place in general, but this particular location is really great. All categories are well stocked, both assortment and size. Staff members are really knowledgeable and willing to understand your preferences to help you pick the right product. Not uncommon to have multiple staff members involved in offering an opinion on trail shoes or higher end gear. Product quality is, across the board, great. I’ve only ever had to return something once (no problems), but was well aware of their no hassle return policy. It’s about a 40 minute drive for me, so I don’t drop by as often as I’d like, but always worth a drop in. Parking can get a bit hectic in this lot at times with Shake Shak right nearby too, but not a big deal. Easy on/off I-84! If you’re not a member of the REI Co-op, you should be.”
“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”
“I stopped in this store to find my 13 year old a pair of shoes after the ones we ordered online from a different store were too small. We have only 2 days till camp so we were kinda in a bind. We were greeted right away by Najae, she was extremely friendly and jumped right into showing my son other options since his original shoes weren’t there- she was very knowledgeable, pulling all kinds of different styles. She brought in Joel for an opinion about comfort, and the two of them quickly went through more options, laughing and joking with him the whole time! Najae asked my son’s name to get on a better level with him. They honestly spent about 45 minutes with him while he went back and forth with drove me crazy! But they never lost their cool, the whole time joking and treating him like a little brother.. they also greeted every customer and helped them if needed but coming back to make sure we were all set. Finally he decided on a pair of shoes, which if they didn’t help the way they did- we probably would have left empty handed. These two employees are absolutely amazing!! I live about 45 minutes away from this mall, but will be back just for the customer service we received! THANK YOU Najae and Joel!”
