Great selection and service and they never hesitate to answer a question, provide some advice, and do what they can to get your household needs taken care of. They're not a huge store, but somehow they always seem to have the thing you need on their shelves. Definitely one of those places that makes Simsbury, Simsbury.”

The owner is a great guy and has always given me some good tips on the jobs I’m about to tackle. The Hardware store next door is also great, with great customer service.. I will always use this store before any big box store.”
“Great products and outstanding customer service.I purchased one of their metal security doors for a secure room in my house. It arrived on a pallet secure in it's cardboard packaging, well packaged between two sections of plywood for protection. After opening it up, not a scratch on it. The primary trucking company transferred it to a local delivery company for final delivery (a smaller truck with a lift gate). With their pallet jack, the driver was able to manauver it safely down my paved driveway and into the garage. My door and frame weighed approximately 225 pounds.My contractor installed it yesterday, anchoring it as recommended in the installation video. He has installed a lot of doors over his career and was very impressed with the door, frame, and locking system. His comment was someone would have an easier time going through my concrete basement walls, than through this door system.I am very satisfied with this product. So much so, I placed an order today for a second door for another part of my house. Wanting to have them keyed the same, their customer service (shout out to Anthony) guided me through ordering to make that happen, and he answered my questions on the lock upgrade.Again, great product and outstanding customer service!”

“Good store overall, average ace hardware store. Store was clean and overall good location. Can't say too much 1st time here and probably last time just cause I love far away from this location and just happen to be near by at the time.”
