“I have been a customer for about 30yrs. Recently this store and pharmacy have been undergoing change.CVS parent company has been in the process of closing locations and cutting staff. I was more than pleased with this location. Over the last few months service has been a problem. I do not think that the problem is with staff the problem is CVS headquarters. I will choose to continue to stay with Brookfield location until It becomes apparent that the problem is with staff.”

When my insurance changed the pharmacy plan, no longer restricting where I went, I came back to Rite Aid. I am so happy to be back. Their customer service has been stellar. I have had a couple of complicated issues due to med shortages. They have communicated with me about it. Unlike the other chain I had to use for 3 years. Rite Aid has also advocated for me to help resolve issues.”
