“if you live anywhere near enfield ,ct, get to this store. ms. audrey, the owner and the ladies that help are wonderful. the selection of gifts, jewelry, shoes , gifts ....on and on, is imaginative and fun. audrey has a great eye for really unusual and beautiful things. and she is amazing to talk to. she does chairitable things now and then , which is wonderful. enfield needs her shop because so much of our town is chain stores.she also carries some really fun art. they gift wrap purchases. where do you see that anymore? i love supporting women in business and i love supporting her as often as i can. do yourselves a favor and find her on route 5 in enfield. she also has a website”

“I recently came into Banana Republic the other night with my girlfriend to look for dress clothes for myself, and we were greeted by an employee named Reagan. She helped us find clothes that we were looking for, and if we couldn't, she suggested alternatives that actually turned out to be better choices! I felt terrible because we were there just after the store had closed, but she assured us that it was no problem at all, and that she wanted us to walk out of the store with what we were looking for. Her energy made the store a welcoming place, along with the other staff, and we'll be happily returning if we need to get anything else from there in the future.The store had what we were looking for, and it was well organized, although prices sometimes seemed a bit high for things that we could easily find elsewhere.”

“I ran in here last minute. I needed to grab some things to go out if town with and as a gift. I did not have my car. If you are familiar with downtown there aren't really any options for retail shopping. So to be stuck downtown during the day without your car is a nightmare. You may as well go to CVS and hope the have some leggings or something like that. But I was looking for my husband not myself so that really wouldn't have worked either. I ran in found some really great deals. We got some sweat pants sweat shirts and even a few dress shirts. One sweater since than has shrunk all the others have been washed and dried no size or color change. Some sale items although not clearance are still not refundable or exchangeable, but most items if left with the tag on you can exchange or return as long as you have your receipts. This place saved me and I am waiting for a warmed day to walk over and see what else they have.”

We had heard that their boot fit differs from standard shoes, so we wanted to make sure we found the perfect pair. The sales associate who assisted was very nice and helped us pick out custom laces for our new boots. “Move over L.L Bean. This is truly an exceptional customer services. I purchased a winter coat last year, and it had several mechanical issues with the zipper. I brought it back to the closet store of my residence this year to see what the store can offer me. To my surprise, the store staff offered me an even exchange for another similar coat while I was in the store, so it wouldn't leave me coatless during the winter. After making me the offer, the staff worked with me diligently to locate another coat in my size, and color which is not a walk in the park. That's an outstanding way of taking care of your customers, and stand behind your products. I'm glad I didn't make a purchase at L.L. Bean for my current winter coat!”

“I know they're no longer Burlington Coat Factory, but I still expected them to have a large selection of winter coats... they didn't. I was disappointed in that. Other than that, they had a large selection of clothing in many sizes and styles. Their selection of purses was pretty impressive, I ended up getting a new evening bag and a pair of blingy earrings.”

The website is very well made but if you can make the trip to his warehouse it is worth the effort, especially if you are unsure of what styles and sizes you prefer.
