“I was having problems with connecting my Apple Watch to my iPhone . I was Greeted by a young lady by the name of Lameka who helped me connect my watch to my phone . She even explained to me what went wrong and helped me fix my problem very fast ! I was surprised how fast she did it. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and super kind . “The guy working,jay, was very pleasant and helpful as well as fast and knowledgeable with setting up a new moto stylus phone and gave me good deals as it was a pricey phone and the hard case wasn't included and I even ended up upgrading my tablet and getting that connected as well for only $20, which I had expected to have spent anyway on the phone and accessories as I was saving money for the new phone for awhile and using a tablet with a badly cracked screen and TextNow as a very unreliable and not private (speakerphone only) when I came in . I happily agreed to respond to the text from metro pcs about his customer service that he said would come the next day but it never came and he deserves the positive feedback”

“I purchased a fire stick that did not work in my television took it back and the gentleman in the store started yelling at me raising his voice I had to tell him several times to stop yelling. Telling me he couldn’t take the product back nor could he refund my money all refunds are final and there was no sense of compromise. All of the stuff the in the store is all refurbished you’re gonna get a piece of garbage and we are you to realize that would you try to take it back he is going to try to make you look like you are insufficient it an incompetent of learning how technology works. Don’t shop here”

“It was my first time going to this store since Sprint was bought out by T- Mobile. Upon arrival everyone on staff greeted me with such kindness and understanding in regards to getting a new phone. Joey along with the rest of the staff went above and beyond. Joey is hands down one of the best employees. He made me feel like apart of the team and I don't even work there lol. He took that extra step that alot of ppl don't take working Sales, which consisted of not only helping me but making me feel like I wasn't wasting his time. He helped me find a good phone to replace my dead galaxy s8 and acquire all of my contacts, which I thought were lost. The galaxy s20 is by far my favorite phone from the series which he suggested. Once again Joey alongside the rest of the employees are beyond good at what they do and I more than enjoyed my time there.”
