“I was having problems with connecting my Apple Watch to my iPhone . I was Greeted by a young lady by the name of Lameka who helped me connect my watch to my phone . She even explained to me what went wrong and helped me fix my problem very fast ! I was surprised how fast she did it. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and super kind . I recommend anyone who having an issue to go to T-Mobile and ask for her . She even gave me her personal number if I run Into anymore problems.”

“It was my first time going to this store since Sprint was bought out by T- Mobile. Upon arrival everyone on staff greeted me with such kindness and understanding in regards to getting a new phone. Joey along with the rest of the staff went above and beyond. Joey is hands down one of the best employees. He made me feel like apart of the team and I don't even work there lol. He took that extra step that alot of ppl don't take working Sales, which consisted of not only helping me but making me feel like I wasn't wasting his time. He helped me find a good phone to replace my dead galaxy s8 and acquire all of my contacts, which I thought were lost. The galaxy s20 is by far my favorite phone from the series which he suggested. Once again Joey alongside the rest of the employees are beyond good at what they do and I more than enjoyed my time there.”
