“I went into Hamden looking for help with my email and a new screen protector. The gentleman in there was very dismissive and didn't even attempt to help me. The next day I went into the Branford store and was lucky that Alex was working. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient while trying to work through my email problem and managed to get it resolved. He even found me a screen protector for an older model phone.
