Showed up at 3:55 and all doors were locked. Very annoying I purposely came to Berlin to get there before close.

Very helpful employees. They are knowledgeable of the banking industry. I lost my debit card once and they went above and beyond to help me get a new one. I mostly use the ATM, but if I need to go inside for something, the staff has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
