“I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this branch! I have been with Bank of America since 2002, and I have used this particular branch for 16 years. Everyone there is always so nice! Granted, they are a little short staffed, so you have to wait in line sometimes. But their kindness makes up for it. And they reopened the drive through, which I noticed a few weeks ago. YAY! :)”
