“I definitely think this is best of Home Depot's in the area. We've received the best service and the products we are looking for are always in stock. We stopped in on July 4 to pick up some flowers. And not only were they happily open, they were serving up free hotdogs. And we had just painted some of our bathroom and our dog sat down square in the paint. We happened have to the dog with us and one of the associates noticed the paint all over the dog gave us a bottle of Krud Kutter to clean up the dog on the house.”

They have lovely furniture very up-to-date and stylish. I bought my daughter a new bedroom set and she's very pleased with it stunning sturdy and beautiful white set. “Come here from time to time. This store is HUGE. Prices are more than Nh... but so is everything so I don't really complain. Nothing *crazy* to state.... It's Home Depot not a nightclub but the plants always seem healthy. Last time I was here there was a confrontation between the police and an Asian gentlemen. I watched for awhile and nothing spectacular came of it. Kinda would say that's the *vibe* for this store. One other time this lady who worked here was rude... I was here right at opening and went to walk in and boy she shut those doors quick. Idk why they were unlocked but I didn't unlock them and thus was a little taken again. Figured that was just a once off. For all of these reasons, 4/5 ... maybe 85/100 if this was a test. We could call it a "B"”

“1st of all, I dealt personally with the owner!! Raquel was FANTASTIC!!! Very personable, over accommodating! I had hard measurements I had to fit a fridge in, and she worked with me diligently to make sure I got what I needed, as well as what I wanted! The communication was awesome! She,"cares"!!! Which you can't say that often these days They provide delivery for a low price and the guys that delivered were professional and considerate! Definitely recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again! The refrigerator is in great condition and we are extremely happy with our purchase! If I could, I'd give them 10 stars ?”

“I could not have had a better experience! I live in Manhattan and had tried three places here to be ghosted by two of them. I walked into Galleria with no expectation and was greeted warmly by Jenuarie and she was fabulous. She was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to do. I thought I could mix tile companies for an accent tile while never considering the exact dimensions of the tiles may not blend. She pointed this out and from that point I changed direction of what I was doing. After picking out tiles we went to the warehouse for the countertop and the first one I saw was the one I wanted. I also learned I need a fabricator which had not been mentioned to me previously. While waiting for sample tiles I saw some beautiful handmade tiles which I now think will be the accent tiles. I ordered one as the company is in California. The rest of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and interested in what my plans were when We discussed the hand made tiles. The experience could not have been better. I saw the negative reviews and I can honestly say I can't imagine any of the staff being cold, indifferent or unhelpful. I highly, highly recommend Galleria in Middletown. I just wish we had a place like this in the city!”

“After having our 4000$ refrigerator that was less than one year old die on a Friday morning in the heat of summer we were in dire need of a refrigerator. The repair person was not available for one week so we needed it bad . I called this fine establishment on Friday evening and lo and behold we had a nice clean well running refrigerator expertly delivered in less than 24 hours . Everyone was polite and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!”
