Excellent customer service provided to me in regards to minor problem with a rusted screw which I could not remove and they DID. I am grateful for their kindness and expediency in this matter so I will be back for other automotive matters. A big thumbs up to the entire staff (all of whom got involved in my problem).

It was a terrible experience. I went there for emissions because I live in town and wanted to help small businesses, but I will never go back. They will probably be happy to hear that somebody like me will not be coming back to their shop, I can give details of what happened, but what is the point if I’m not going back
