“Came to buy some sneakers because I love this product and this particular store.I want the three people working there to be acknowledged for their incredible patience and professionalism with another client whose four year old came in screaming and wasn’t told to stop ,at all.The mother did nothing and trust me I’m a mom I’ve been overwhelmed before but she just literally tuned him out and he was also pushing the chair around and punching the door and it was just so shocking.They complained to the worker that we gently complained to please have her make him settle down.My mom just got out of the hospital so we are on eggshells already.The workers handled themselves just wonderfully and THAT is just another reason why we’ll bring business back again and again.Bravo to those workers!”

We buy all of our kids' lacrosse equipment at Sartorius now, and they've never steered us wrong. Our older daughter was ready for an advanced/high level stick and we appreciated so much that she could try many different options right there in the store and get feedback from staff members who actually know the sport and could guide her towards the best options for the position she plays. Our younger daughter's goalie helmet had a hardware issue about 6 months after we bought it and I brought it to Sartorius expecting to need to pay $40 for a new throat guard - not so, Chris had the right hardware and fixed it for us in minutes. Their stringing services are also fairly-priced and quick.”

He was patient, knowledgeable and efficient in working with me to make my choice. And then he worked his magic in custom fitting the liner and shell through a heating process to mold the materials to the shape of my feet. The service was awesome. I caught the end-of-the-season sales pricing which made it even better. Bob's pricing was as good as any pricing I could find on-line, and given the fitting services I received, there is absolutely no reason to shop elsewhere. I'm sending my wife into the store next week to work with Edge on a pair of boots for her!”
