“Last year, I ruptured my peroneal tendon while playing tennis and had surgery immediately. After two other tendon/joint surgeries, I knew finding the right physical therapist was crucial to my recovery. After extensive research, I started working with Katie Schroeder. Her knowledge and passion to help me return to being active immediately impressed me. She was compassionate but gave me that push I needed to make progress. After three months of working together, I fully recovered, was stronger, and had better balance than pre-injury.During the process, I realized that I didn't want to stop my progress and wanted to continue to focus on my health, including my overall body composition and strength. Katie suggested I talk to Micah Maly and explore moving from rehab to personal training/better health. As with Katie, I was immediately impressed by Micah's knowledge and passion for helping me achieve my goals. We have focused on working out two days a week, starting with an overall body assessment and building a plan. Over the last five months, Micah's has helped me achieve strength and balance levels I haven't experienced in 25 years. In addition to those milestones, my overall health, wellness, and daily physical quality of life have improved.I can't say enough about my experience with Katie and Micah. I knew I could return to the pre-injury level but had never imagined this overall health improvement.”

“Cricket Fuecker is a first rate instructor and coach for physical fitness and body-strengthening techniques. At 71, I just finished a 12-week exercise class with.her. There three others taking the class, ladies in their 60's or early 70's. Cricket and the ladies made no difference that I was the only man in the class, making the class comfortable for me. We met twice a week at the OFW gym, for an hour starting to 10:15. We usually left tired, but improved. Cricket obviously knows the field of exercise, therapy, and anatomy. She also cares about the members of the class. She also never pushed anyone too hard, obviously wanting everyone safe and well, though she did give us rigorous workouts. She was bot patient and seious to improve our strength and health; and so knowledgeable; and ver attentive, giving generous amount of one-on-one attention and advice. I once commented as I was really tired, "I'm too old for this," but then I promptly realized better and said, "this is making me younger." The exercise class with Cricket was excellent. She is VERY good at what she does, and she clearly desires the best result for each participant. I would recommend her and her instruction to anyone. An outstanding instructor. David Chalkley”
