“UPDATE: I've been here about a year and a half now and really love this gym a lot. The community aspect is a blast and new members are quickly welcomed and become ingrained in the gym. Least intimidating gym I've been to and certainly the most fun. Oh yeah and the workouts are a blast and hard and it's a ton of fun to see the gains of both yourself as well as everyone in your classes. 5am rules btw.CFL is a great place to workout no matter your age or fitness level. Coaches and members are all extremely welcoming and friendly. Lots of classes. Scaling options. If you’re at all curious/interested in CrossFit but it all seems a bit intimidating, give CFL a shot.”

“This is a great gym and everyone is nice and respectful.In regards to the review from a guy being disrespected by the owner is totally untrue, the owner is great and he did the right thing by asking this guy to put his shirt on and stop screaming like a mad man while punching the bag, I was there, this guy is an MMA fighter and should train in a MMA gym, he was yelling like he was all by himself working out in his basement and was totally disrespectful to all the other members and also to the physical therapy business right there where he was working out.Great job Todd for handling the situation.”

Literally every machine you can imagine from a wrist curl machine to a standing hamstring curl to a standing rowing machine.
