“Outstanding customer service! My daughter goes to school at UNCO and she needed a new tire for her car before coming home (Southern California) for the summer. We initially ordered the tire through Costco more than a week ago with a promised date of today. She called to confirm that order and install and Costco Tire Center said that the tire had not arrived and had actually not shipped yet. She called a second Costco and, while they had (4) of the exact tires in stock, they refused to sell her just (1), telling her that they did not want to break up the set. So, she could be (4) or nothing. WTF? She reached out to Les Schwab and they really went above and beyond! They did not have the tire, but called several locations and located one for her. Immediately had it picked up and within about an hour of her calling in, she was driving off with her newly installed tire. I just got off the phone with her and the first thing she said when I picked up the phone was, "10 out of 10!". Price was right, service was outstanding! Thanks for taking care of my daughter and keep up the great service!!!!”

“I recently had work done at Pikes. I was told by another company that the noise was a fuel pump because of where it was located and another told me the noise was a wheel bearing that went bad. Pikes did diagnostic testing and told me I needed new tires. Could not find anything wrong with wheel bearings. I have gone to them before. Always satisfied. They also loan out dependable vehicles , which has been very helpful to me because I work. They are very professional and I believe honest.”

“Took my car in as I had a few recalls that needed fixed. Also I had been noticing a significant amount of oil leaking. This worried me as it can be devastation to your wallet with oil leak issues. Erik was absolutely wonderful. He kept me informed every step of the way and in no way pushy. They gave me some recommendations which I couldn't do at the time which he said I could schedule when and if I wanted to. It turned out the oil issue was the oil pressure switch which came out to $110. I have to say in this day and age it is hard to trust shops and dealers. They could have told me I was a $1000 repair and I wouldn't have known the difference. I am in the market for a Sportage in the next year or so and you better believe I'm coming here to buy it. “I recently purchased a used Silverado- it was in great shape with low mileage, but somehow the previous owners put dents all over it. Some small, some a bit larger. I didn't think much of the dents when I bought it, but they became more annoying everytime I would look at it (the paint was very good except for the dents). I took it to Noco Dent Repair and they fixed to dozen or so dents in a single day! No paint work needed and now it looks amazing, Si is a pleasure to work with and very skilled. I recommend them to anyone looking to get dents removed-save your time and try these guys first.”
