“My truck was hit in the middle of the night parked in my coldasack. The Loveland Police department made almost no attempt to help me find the man driving the car that hit it. Car cosmetics made the process very simple and smooth for me and put my truck back in a state that was nicer than when I bought it. I was sure sad that the perpetrator didn’t have to cover the damage but after seeing my truck I was almost okay with having to pay it. Thanks to Chad & the whole team!”

“I took my 2019 tesla 3 with 33,000 miles to them because it was squeaking when I turned. Unfortunately misses the warranty with tesla. I couldn’t find anyone else besides Tesla and Metroc to work on electric cars. I spent the money to get it fixed and they communicated the entire time and sent me pictures and gave me a loaner vehicle in the mean time. Matt was amazing and I trust him. “We had an excellent experience with Steve and Adam at Felker. The shop was organized and clean, the customer service excellent, and good consideration of our equipment (like using coupler locks when not in the service bay) was given. We needed a new axle put on our 2010 Scamp travel trailer (we provided the axle) with some special circumstances as we currently live full-time in it with our cat and we were leaving for extended travel soon. It turned out to be a bigger job than Scamp had told us might be, with a lot of cutting and welding, plus repairing a backing plate that was damaged in shipping, but they still finished it for us in one day! When we picked it up they took the time to go over everything they did, torque specs, maintenance, etc. Really appreciated their time and knowledge. It can be hard to find honest shops that communicate well and charge appropriate prices. We highly recommend them for your trailer repair needs! Thank you all for your help!”

I was able to make it to A&E where a lovely gentlemen was willing to talk to me and let me inside before their opening hours. I didn't catch his name, but really appreciated him. Then, a gentlemen named Kyle assisted me who was extremely helpful and kind. He even said, "I know how I'd want my wife to treated in a situation like this."
