“Unfortunately when you have to call a company like this you're already going through a bad time whether you have a broke down car or you flip out the ditch or you've been involved in an accident but working with Bee-Z towing was a great experience for me. Very professional very clean and amazingly quick service. I have had to call them more than one time because I've had many problems every time I've had a problem they've helped solve it in a very timely efficiently and professional manner with smiles on their face. Let alone these guys are willing to go the extra mile for you remove cars or other companies have told me they're unable to get them we won't be able to get to you for days and they've been there almost instantly great company good guys I highly recommend them I probably should have wrote this review last year when I had used their services the second time. But I forgot to so now that I need help again I'll be calling them here and I remembered that I need to write them a review so if you need help towing your car or recovering from a ditch these guys are the people to call they do not do any HOA or illegally parked car removals they only help people with car issues not make them worse like most other tow company's do. I called All About Towing & Recovery and my day got turned around for the better quickly.Ty was not only timely & professional, he was empathetic and down right funny. “Above and beyond. I had an insurance claim on a minor rear bumper fender bender that SVE fixed. While in their shop, I asked if they could look into a replacement passenger side mirror, not part of claim, that I would pay for out of pocket. They looked for both new and used and gave me a quote. They were always in contact keeping me updated on the status of the car. I'm a very happy customer.”

Derek was wildly helpful and very knowledgeable about everything the car was having trouble with. Derek dropped the car at my house to fix it up after we saw what it was. “Exceptional customer service! I was in desperate need of getting my popped front tire changed after the freezing cold weather damaged it. Albert from El Dorado tire shop walked across and down the street to my Jeep just to help me change my tire. He ended up checking for any additional holes and filling my front tires with air. As a single woman I can’t tell you how many car shops I’ve went in and the workers take advantage of my lack of car knowledge but not this place! I’ve never had a more honest and genuine experience at any kind of car shop than I just had at this one. Thank you again so much Albert and the rest of the employees that helped me!! “So many places are pathetic to charge just to glance at something that may only takes a few minutes to figure out. Big rip offs at most places. One of many experiences; my Windshield wipers were not working so I took my car to a place, they wouldn't even look at the wipers, I would need to pay $160 first; so I went to Nichols Auto, they did a quick check, wiper just had a loose bolt, they tightened the bolt within 5 min, No Charge! Recently had a new alternator replaced in my Dodge Nitro, cheaper than other places I called.I love Nichols Auto for their honesty and reasonable prices.
