I’ve placed two orders to this Joann and they’ve partially canceled both orders. Either they have pretty decent inventory issues or something. Also if you order fabric online to pick up in store and they have to make any cuts they’ll cut part of your order even if it’s a full bolt + additional yards so of course there will be a cut somewhere. Just had most of an order cancelled, called to inquire on why and they gave me a wishywashy answer on either it’s in back inventory or they couldn’t find it (4 items 10 inches tall each). Definitely going to go out of my way to not order here again.

The people that work here seem like they don’t care. I did a pickup order and was not told items in my order were cancelled, when I went to go ask about it, the manger on at the time was not very kind nor helpful, like I was inconveniencing them in the empty store. She blamed the item discrepancy on people not putting things away and shoplifting. I’ve been shopping at the location for a very long time and have never been treated like this. It’s unfortunate to see the place go from people offering you help and deals to getting treated like an irritant.

Don't waste your time here, go to the Northglenn location.
Most rude and unhelpful service today. Went in asking for a product that the Joann website said was available at this location. The employee snarkily told me it was online only and not carried in stores.
The retail giant that starts with an "A" carries the same item cheaper online, but I prefer to spend money in-store to support local jobs.
But, none of that matters since I found it at the Northglenn store. And, didn't have to deal with bad attitude in the process.

My very first racial experience in a Joann’s store and I WONT spend another penny in there! The so called store manager Emily had the worst attitude and had the nerve to insinuate that I moved and or switch the tag on the drapery fabric I was going to purchase and wouldn’t sell it to me at the $7.99 listed price saying “This isn’t what this is!” I walked her back to the empty roll she looked at it and still disagreed that what I brought her was not the correct price. She then proceeded to say she was going to look on line to find the “correct” price for the last 2 yards of fabric that came off the roll she just inspected! When she couldn’t find the selected fabric online, she then interjected herself into my private conversation with my mom asking what I intended to use the fabric for. When I told her it wasn’t ANY of her business, she rudely told us to leave the store and snatched EVERYTHING else out of our basket threatening to call the police on us! I’m pretty sure they don’t get paid to disrespect and question the integrity of customers, but Emily did today!

Never again will I place an online order with JoAnn's. As a domestic (US) company, it took 13 days just to ship, and should arrive in 16 days. No reply from CS on order status until it shipped so they could make their reply seem positive. The holiday season is busy for all retailers. This organization has clearly not figured it out.

This store has always been cluttered and disorganized so I usually go to the Thornton store. However this store showed this store has the items I wanted on their website. When I got notice of pick up I wasn't informed that 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock. So after waiting for 12 minutes in line (one checker with no backup, yes I asked). I was supposed to receive a $5 for any purchase I made when I picked up my order. Bottom line the clerk knew nothing about it and called for the manager. The manager was rude, chomping on gum the whole time. He had to credit my order and re-ring it. Any questions I asked him was responded with a curt answer. I never received an apology for the inconvenience for the missing items, having to wait on line or him having to re-ring my order. It was like a chore for him to provide me with an offer made by corporate. I won't be back....

Why do I keep coming to JoAnn Fabric and Crafts? The store is a wreck, and the checkout is 10 people long. Shelves are empty. There’s a long line at the cutting table. The decline of this store is heartbreaking.

Went in with my mother and my 1 year old to purchase yarn for a project, waited in line for 30 minutes while 3 store employees helped one customer and when a manager finally came to help, Debbie was completely rude to my mother for no reason. I’m sure she was tired from dealing with rude customers but that does not excuse her acting out infront of my baby and mom. She gave my mom attitude when my mom didn’t want to give her a phone number for customer savings, was nasty about scanning my mothers coupon, and when I asked why she was being rude she turned on me and gave me a sassy response “take a pill”- we left without purchasing and will likely never be back to this location- I’m so disappointed in Debbie’s attitude - she had no idea we were making a blanket for a loved one we were concerned for- already stressed and sad and we had to deal with a nasty employee for no reason- do better

This store is FILTHY! No help: one elderly guy at the register, 2 women cutting fabric—one who didn’t want to be there and a younger one with 2 inch fake nails that couldn’t even cut straight. The floors hadn’t been swept in what looked like since last November! Totally unorganized. It looked like a warehouse that hadn’t had a manager in years. What happened to these stores?

Rude team. We waited in line for a long time and nobody told us we needed a number. It was our turn and they told us that we needed a number and wouldn't help us. I'm never going back. Do better Joann.

Tried to call this store multiple times, and no one answers, then you get transferred somewhere else, wait 10 minutes with terrible music, and lots of obnoxious automated tips every 30 seconds. Finally, get through to a real person, and she calls the Westminster store, rather than answer my questions after me waiting 10 minutes to get through to her. She promised she wouldn't hang up while ringing the store, but she did. I thought I'd save myself a trip, since there is NO information about what I need on the website. I WILL NOT waste my time going into this store.

Very rude staff, very obviously long lines. Refused to sell to us, as we had to stand a very long line just to earn the right to buy from them, even when they could have told us we needed to do that when we were having them take something down from a high shelf. Again, were exceptionably rude.Customers are were exceptionably rude.Do not shop at this store, it is unacceptable how they treat customers.
