I liked that John was honest- I had the opportunity to check if the issue was covered under warranty through my old mechanic before moving forward with having my car fixed at Uptown.The communication was great, he kept in touch with me while my car was in the shop, I could also tex or call him with any questions. Plus it was super easy to pay and get my car after hours. My car was fixed promptly. I recommend Uptown Auto.”

“I had a crack in my windshield and Logan & Nate did an amazing job! I had previously gone through Safelite, and I will not be using them in the future. Novus glass did extremely clean and beautiful craftsmanship. All I could think about was how bad my previous windshield looked before.Thank you again Logan and Nate for explaining the process, and treating my car like it was meant for a showroom! “My truck was hit in the middle of the night parked in my coldasack. The Loveland Police department made almost no attempt to help me find the man driving the car that hit it. Car cosmetics made the process very simple and smooth for me and put my truck back in a state that was nicer than when I bought it. I was sure sad that the perpetrator didn’t have to cover the damage but after seeing my truck I was almost okay with having to pay it. Thanks to Chad & the whole team!”

“The team at D&E is rock solid! I called Steve looking for emergency service on a trailer that failed on I-80. Being an Alcom/EZ Hauler dealer, he was my closest point of contact for warranty repairs. Steve assisted with an after hours tow truck delivery and securing of the trailer in his lot. The next morning his team tackled the repairs first thing and had us ready to roll by lunchtime. Ross took care of finalizing the warranty paperwork and got the trailer pulled out for hookup. “I took my 2019 tesla 3 with 33,000 miles to them because it was squeaking when I turned. Unfortunately misses the warranty with tesla. I couldn’t find anyone else besides Tesla and Metroc to work on electric cars. I spent the money to get it fixed and they communicated the entire time and sent me pictures and gave me a loaner vehicle in the mean time. Matt was amazing and I trust him.
