“Great Service at 2 AT&T Stores on Sunday before Memorial Day. 951 E 120th Ave Thornton, CO 80233 and 2nd Store at 4700 W 121st Ave Broomfield, CO 80020 … both greeted us instantly. Store I bought phone at did not have otterbox and she had tried earlier in the day to place the Body Guard Screen Protector for Galaxy S24 Ultra and it was not fitting right. Customer was not happy so glad she told us. We went to the closest store and they had the OtterBox and Zagg Glass. He installed Glass perfectly.

“Wanted to say that I just visited the Verizon on 96 and Washington. They had the nicest manager and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went in there asking a question about bronco tickets to enter a contest. This guy had no idea what I was talking about. His name is Bishop super nice. He could told me I don’t know what you’re talking about. Sorry and went on with his evening. Nope, he got his computer was looking it up called his district or general manager. Trying to figure it out ended up directing me to the right place. Again he didn’t have to do all this and take his time. He was super friendly super nice. I think most people these days would’ve been annoyed and and probably not help me. The other employee in there I believe is Josephine or Josephina she was just as nice with helping and helping us get down to the bottom of it. Nowadays you don’t see a lot of good customer service and I’m just amazed how friendly and helpful. Kudos to these employees at Verizon.”
“Purchased online from their Amazon store, and very pleased. The phone arrived in excellent condition as described. It looks and feels brand new ! I immediately took it to my carrier Xfinity Mobile and they were able to easily switch my cell service to it. I ordered on a Sunday and it was in my mailbox Tuesday. Packaged nicely and well protected.”

They showed an amazing ability to multitask and serve many customers at the same time. The manager was dedicated to resolving our phone issues and never gave up and succeeded. We are ecstatic with the service which displayed an in-depth knowledge and adept experience of a cell service technician. With all the high intensity customer demand going on around they where still able to have some witty humor. Thanks for the fun experience.”

“I had a billing error that was TMobiles fault and I couldn’t figure it out on my own; I came in here hoping for some resolution and Dan gave me faith in customer service again! He read all notes in my account, found out what happened and when he couldn’t solve it, he personally called and dealt with 5 different people in 3 departments for over an hour. I am grateful that employees like Dan still take time to retain customers and provide service that goes beyond expectations. Definitely kept me as a customer.”

“So I had went to another Wal Mart location back in July I want to say and they had put their paving stones ( those things you can make like a retaining wall with ) on sale for a really good prince.. I figured all Wal- Marts were on the same page and either also had the same sale going on or would be soon.. so I waited and waited and waited for those same things to go on sale .. and finally this store put the ones i needed more of on sale. As I was checking.back all the time - I got to know the employees in the garden section fairly well .. they were always so nice and helpful .: thanks guys !”
