“Switched from Verizon because of their promotion at the time and 3 months after a lot of back and forth with customer service I am finding out that we do not qualify for the rebate to pay off our old phones even though we were informed that we would. The sales rep apparently signed us up for promotions that are not able to be combined and now we are being denied a rebate upwards of $600. I've contacted many reps in many different departments about this issue and none have been able to make this right.*******Updating my review to 5 stars due to the customer service I received from Meaghan, the GM,regarding my issue. She listened to me and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. I am very pleased with the attention to this matter.”

“Incredible customer service, my internet was down and I love not having to wait they resolved it in 5 mins with a US based representative. Install was awesome too plus they give you a router that works with Google home. Great integration and miles ahead of their competitors. Definitely worth the price!”

“Went there a few days ago and works with Glenn, and he was the best salesman I have ever worked with. Instead of just trying to upsell me on anything he took the time to do a deep dive into my account and put me on the best setup for my situation. It is very refreshing to work with a sales rep who sees the customers as something more than just a dollar sign. Even freely admitted to me that he has no problems losing a couple dollars on commission if doing so benefited the customer. Making sure that everyone goes home happy, satisfied and well-informed beats a few extra dollars any day”
“As far as I’m concerned, a cell phone stores is a cell phone store I expect a certain amount of service. However This T-Mobile exceeds that every time not only is the service Prompt but each time I’ve come in they remembered my name Smiled and are helpful to everyone of my needs and if they Haven’t been able to figure out a solution. It’s not just one employee either I’ve literally never had a bad experience here This store is an example of customer service done correctly”
“My experience at T-Mobile Bear Valley was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made sure buying a new phone was a positive experience. They informed me of the newest phone, pre-ordered it for me and had it delivered way sooner then expected. When my phone came in, I went back to get a case and screen protector and they installed both for me.Thank you to Delilah and the Manager of T-MOBILE Bear Valley.I am glad to keep doing business with this location.”

“I went to 2 different Boost mobile stores a couple different times each and they either didn’t have the phone they where advertising in the window or were closed in the middle of the day(crazy, no sign of “out to lunch” or “be back soon”), they were just closed. But I went to this location and David got my gf and I set up in new plans in the phones we wanted within 30 minutes and was answering questions before we could ask them.The other locations seemed annoyed we were disturbing their private time. But David was super helpful and seemed excited to do so. This is by far the best location. Btw…are you working tomorrow David, we need another charger and possibly a new screen protector….”
“Shout out to Stephie. This person walked into work on a Sunday morning, on a holiday weekend, to a very long line of people, all stressed out. With ease they got everyone's names and addressed their situation. Stephie personally helped me, when I really needed it and was kind to everyone around making sure they would be cared for soon after.
