“Switched from Verizon because of their promotion at the time and 3 months after a lot of back and forth with customer service I am finding out that we do not qualify for the rebate to pay off our old phones even though we were informed that we would. The sales rep apparently signed us up for promotions that are not able to be combined and now we are being denied a rebate upwards of $600. I've contacted many reps in many different departments about this issue and none have been able to make this right.*******Updating my review to 5 stars due to the customer service I received from Meaghan, the GM,regarding my issue. She listened to me and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. I am very pleased with the attention to this matter.”

Install was awesome too plus they give you a router that works with Google home. Great integration and miles ahead of their competitors. Definitely worth the price!”

“Went there a few days ago and works with Glenn, and he was the best salesman I have ever worked with. Instead of just trying to upsell me on anything he took the time to do a deep dive into my account and put me on the best setup for my situation. It is very refreshing to work with a sales rep who sees the customers as something more than just a dollar sign. Even freely admitted to me that he has no problems losing a couple dollars on commission if doing so benefited the customer. Making sure that everyone goes home happy, satisfied and well-informed beats a few extra dollars any day”

17 S Federal Blvd, Denver“I went to 2 different Boost mobile stores a couple different times each and they either didn’t have the phone they where advertising in the window or were closed in the middle of the day(crazy, no sign of “out to lunch” or “be back soon”), they were just closed. But I went to this location and David got my gf and I set up in new plans in the phones we wanted within 30 minutes and was answering questions before we could ask them.The other locations seemed annoyed we were disturbing their private time. But David was super helpful and seemed excited to do so. This is by far the best location. Btw…are you working tomorrow David, we need another charger and possibly a new screen protector….”
