“I called customer service @4pm, a heavy phone traffic time of day, and Alex answered after the first ring. After I recovered from what is unusual banking behavior, I asked him about their overdraft protection, it being Christmas and Birthday season in my family, and he explained they have a better, more economic program called Reserve which I was interested in, so he sent me along to that department. After holding briefly, I realized I wanted to do this another time, in person, so hung up. He called me back! I've been with Chase for years, and switched recently because I wanted a local bank without a checkered ethical past, and so accepted their offer for switching. 1st Bank is the next level of personal service, real connection and authentic concern for the best interests of customers who are challenged by money management, because of how fairly they construct their products. Also, really nice people.”

“I have been using Northern Trust for at least 35 years. They have been protecting my assets ever since me opening my account. My husband who was a security specialist with IBM was particularly impressed with how they operated. When I had a particularly bad experience with another bank losing my loan payment they showed proof of my paying. This is one of the oldest banks in the country and survived the horrible crash of the 20's. I will Continue to Trust them with my funds.”

“This Credit Union is awesome. The staff is always very friendly. I can do everything online with their website that high end banks do, and they don't charge fees like large banks do. They have mobile banking and like 30,000 free ATMs. You can't find that with a bank. I have been doing all of my banking with them for over 25 years. (checking, loans, credit cards, you name it - their loan rates and credit card rates are the lowest) I even do most of my banking by email!! How many can say that with a bank?”

I submitted a dispute Tues evening a check had been cashed and was definitely fraudulent.Adam contacted me the next morning.He was very helpful and quickly got the issue with a forged check to the Fraud Dept. The check amount was deposited back to my checking the very next day, Wed. Thank you, Adam and Zing CU Fraud Dept. You're the best!!”

“I like this branch. We opened an account here after being at PSCU for years. I was sick of being hit with a sales pitch at Public Service every time I went in to make a deposit. This branch of CSBT has a drive through tube. Everyone inside has been pleasant and helpful. It's walking distance from home, they always have fresh coffee inside and their online banking is easy to navigate.”
