A few days ago, received very friendly and professional help from Isaiah Velo when he graciously checked my air prsssure and filled them for me. “I have a 14 year old Honda Odyssey that my kid drives, so it is essential that the work done on it is thoughtful, not hurried and it is safe for her to drive. Les Schwab recently replaced the front two worn tires with some tires I had at home. Luckily they were the same type of tire as the rear tires. I sent my 18 year old daughter in with the car. They were patient with her, took the time to make sure that the tires I brought in could be used, did not try to needlessly sell her tires we didn't need. They also replaced three over torqued lug nuts and one broken (from being over torqued) one and took the time to fix my terrible alignment.I appreciate their honesty, their respectful treatment of my 18 year old daughter, and their hard work. I feel confident that my kid now has a safe ride. Thank you! I will be back!”

“Did a fantastic job getting our seized spark plugs out. I was doing it myself in the garage when unthinkably the spark plug threads snapped clean off the the rest of the plug. So the plug came out but the threads were still I. The engine block. Service Street had the right tools to get it out and prevent us from having to open up the engine which would have been a lot bigger issue than simply getting the threads out. Absolutely recommend these guys. They even called me a Lyft to get me back to the shop to pick the car up. Will be coming back if I ever have future car troubles that I can’t handle myself.”

I dropped my car off Saturday night (they were closed on Sunday), and first thing Monday morning, before they were even supposed to open, a great guy greeted me outside and figured out what I needed. Not a huge deal I could have found one online. But this guy orders a new set of caps from ebay for me and let's me know when to come pick them up.
