They answer their own calls, take time (efficiently & effectively) to talk with you; hear you out, document your issues and make every effort to turn your repair around, back to you, as soon as possible. Saturday service which helped us! Ours was an older model BMW x5 with an electrical issue requiring a replacement of both alternator and battery and the required reprogramming, $$. Offered other services; maybe needed, but they were flexible and respectful. The repair is warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles. That’s unheard of in my world.
