I think this is still in the beginning stages and they're not very reliable. I cancel that appointment, and then they sent me a reminder of the same appointment. So just confirm your own appointments if you can.”

“Great place with usually great service. I have found that sometimes the grooming department looks short staffed, and you have to plan grooming a month in advance or so. Likewise, you'll wait at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes sometimes before somebody has time to come up. It's not their fault they're short staffed though, and they do the best with what they have. They provide my Yorkie with great cuts, I just wish they could make it look the way it did the first time lol. They called it a "teddy bear" look but it must be groomer specific because I haven't seen it done that way again. It was probably the best haircut he's ever been given.”

“We had a serious situation this morning when our pup pooped in the kennel in the car and it was all over both of my dogs and the kennel. I had kids in the car on the way to their dance class, it was a horror story! Everybody was so helpful and one lady really stood out. She helped me with both dogs the whole time(I didn't know how to use the diy baths), serious vip treatment, even helped hose off the kennel outside. I was super impressed with the kindness of the employees and the store was beautiful. Clean and had everything a pup could want! I was happy to tip her since the service was above and beyond what was expected! There is a discreet tip jar in the wash room with a bowl of dog treats.”

“The store nutritionist helped me so much! I switched my dogs to his recommendations and a month later they are clearly benefitting from it. They both have so much more energy, smaller poos and shiny hair. I was about to buy canned food when I mentioned that my oldest dog was overweight and I needed to change her food. He showed me the benefits of feeding my dogs real food over that canned stuff and I'm SO thankful. I've got their rewards program already so I just keep using my points and rewards to bring the food down to a very reasonable price. I really feel my dogs are set for a healthier future after this and I'm really appreciative that the employee spent so much time educating me.”

“It was nice to get our package on the day that it was forecasted to arrive for a change. The last time it was 3 days late.However, once again the delivery company's driver left the package out by my mailbox which is about 200+/- feet from my front door. That's why I wrote to deliver it to the front door. Plus I just had my 4th back operation on September 26th, which means I certainly can't pick it up.This had become a constant battle and I'm getting tired of it. I am going to research other providers like Chewy who may be able to do a better job than you!”

I feel beyond fortunate to have Sue as my mentor. I have shadowed her for over a year and hired her to learn to better focus my very distracted dog. Sue has proven to be an amazing trainer for any dog training need I have had and witnessed in her classes. She trains people with their dogs. It is incredible to see her with the work she has done with her own dogs as well. She gives me countless tools to continue to improve my training skills. Light of Dog has a large outdoor training facility with multiple training areas as well as an indoor training option Great experience for both my very energetic German Shorthaired Pointer and me.
