“Get to know your groomer and if you're pleased with their work, schedule by name again. They now have a call center to schedule appointments. I think this is still in the beginning stages and they're not very reliable. I cancel that appointment, and then they sent me a reminder of the same appointment. So just confirm your own appointments if you can.”
“We enjoyed our visit to this shop. They support animal rescue and they are firm on adopt don't shop measures. We were celebrating one of our Boston Terrier's Gotcha Day. We bought a huge cookie. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They have toys and supples. I bought a lick mat and some pumpkin/cinnamon ice cream. Parking is in the lot. Price are reasonable. We will definitely be back!”
