“I had booked a storage unit with a certain other green logoed storage company, and due to a glitch in their system was unable to access it upon arrival. Their customer service team wasn't able to get the issue fixed, and I was left with a full moving truck due back that same afternoon. I drove to this Public Storage location as it was the nearest one, and I'm glad I did. Clarissa went above and beyond and helped me to get the perfect unit the same day, saving me over $100 in additional fees for my rental truck. I'm very glad I chose this location, and I appreciate the easy and helpful experience, would recommend to anyone considering renting a unit here!”

“I purchased a mini storage unit building and built it myself. Everything went smother than I expected, all materials were present and extras of everything where shipped, even organized very well. Everything was cut accurately and designed to be easily assembled. Detailed plans and drawings were easy to understand. Regency definitely has a quality building and stick to a schedule. Ryan was able to answer all my questions quickly and walk me through the ordering process. I have never built a steel building and didn't have to ask any questions throughout the construction process which speaks to drawings supplied and materials used. “This is my first Google review. I can surely say that your things are well taken care of for a great price. I have been with them since 2015 as I have been living and working in Colombia and Thailand. the front desk lady is nice and friendly and I always have a little chat with her when I visit. She is responsive and very helpful, too. I am not sure why people have issues. I have had a few hiccups on payments due to being overseas and bank/credit card issues that follow, but she was very clear about the rules - not her fault. She was also never rude to me. I can't recommend this place enough. It is a nice, safe and quiet area. I would advise the further drive for folks in central Denver. It is worth it! P.S. - buy 6 months and get one month free - even better value ;)”
“Someone recommended we should consider BlueMountain for storing in a 10' x 10' unit. As our current place was ratcheting up the price by $80 we were definitely looking for a better arrangement. Gotta say BlueMountain is the best around! Looked at other places and BlueMountain was the cleanest well-priced location! First impressions going inside, you're met by the friendliest person! Ariana loves her position helping get people into the most appropriate storage arrangement. She is a joy to meet and talk with. On moving day, I was able to use their truck and Ariana was very helpful every step of the way. And the fresh coffee and fresher homemade cookies really make you just want to relax in the office after work is done. (Also unexpected is they offer free Wi-Fi throughout the building!) So, all said the owners have built two great storage villages and have gone well beyond what any of the other "commercial" outfits in the area do. Ariana's happy personable disposition and the extras throughout the property make this a rare gem for storage. Highly recommend!”
“Had a great experience getting set up with Denver RV Self Storage. The manager was super helpful in not only helping me select a spot, but she also saved me a bunch of money by recognizing when I’d need to give notice to my previous storage facility, suggesting I call immediately based on timing! I was able to then cancel just in time before month end, and seamlessly move into the new spot without being charged for an additional month. Now that’s what I call great service! I like this location a LOT better, and my spot is easy to back in as well, making this a no brainer decision. Feels good to have faith in management, I’ll likely stay for many years to come!”

At Ace Storage she answered our questions and was very friendly. When we came in to sign our lease we were given refreshments and had a very pleasant conversation.”
