“Pretty good experience. My dishwasher is only 5 years old, but the washer motor quit. They were booked a week out. The tech was an hour late, but the business called and let me know he went to the wrong appt first. It took a week to get the parts and it was another week before they could install the part. The dishwasher is working great and it was a 80% cheaper than buying a new one.Update: I've been using the dishwasher daily for the last 5 months and it is working great. So glad I opted to call Broadway Appliance to repair my dishwasher.”

“Had to return some items to the store , you'd think no big fuss well I handed over all my items to the woman at the counter who did not scan all my items. Didn't realize until I was gone , was originally a 1 because I spoke to one manager who seemed like it was no big deal. Luckily I spoke with another later that day who was more understanding and quickly resolved the issue.”

“We had an appt to fix the dryer at 9am..two guys showed up at 8:45 and had the dryer fixed in 10 minutes totally impressed by their work ethics. They were polite and very efficient and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. We wouldrecommend them to friends and family.”

“So far I have had nothing but positive experiences from our local store...but this is more for the delivery guys I had today. I had a fridge delivered today and Dustin and Dalton were my delivery guys, sorry if I incorrectly spelled their names...but they were the most friendly and careful delivery guys I ever have had. The showed the utmost care when moving my new fridge in and were beyond helpful....absolutely great customer service from them two!!!”

Went in, and the Geek Squad had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Had the same tech both times, so the second appointment was even quicker.”
