“My mom has gotten great furniture from here & she spoke highly of them after her purchases. She said that she absolutely loved Priscilla. Well, recently my husband & i accidentally ruined the upholstery on one of my mom’s chairs when some sparks decided to fly out of the fireplace & burned a hole in it. I was horrified ! The store fixed up the chair for a decent price & it is like new ! Whew! I see why my mom loves this place. They have great quality stuff & the environment is very peaceful. And I love Priscilla as well! She is so nice & is someone I would befriend if I met her on the street. I took my husband through the store & he was highly impressed. He said that whenever we do find our forever home, we will furnish our house with their furniture . Highly recommend this place. You get what you pay for !”
“Great place. Owned by a local named frank. He sold me the matress. I honestly went here to get some mall food and be a mall rat. And maybe get another quote to use against other stores. Turns out he had great merch for great prices. And he delivered it all himself outta his own truck on time right after he closed shop. He's my matress guy now. 5 star reviews doesn't seem to be a paid off Google thing. He earned it.”

I had a fridge delivered today and Dustin and Dalton were my delivery guys, sorry if I incorrectly spelled their names...but they were the most friendly and careful delivery guys I ever have had. The showed the utmost care when moving my new fridge in and were beyond helpful....absolutely great customer service from them two!!!”

I'm super thankful to have him explain everything and we walked out really happy. It was delivered on time and without any issues. He expressed very clearly that upon arrival, if there's anything wrong, take a picture that day and they'll make it right. That means you have to INSPECT it upon delivery, sounds pretty common sense to me.Quality:Look folks, read some reviews about the "low" quality of furniture, and the reps here are very clear about this. There's low end budget stuff, and then there's high end stuff. You can't expect a $90 coffee table to last 10 years. They carry all different brands, and yes, just like cars, there's different trims and different grades of fabric. You typically pay for what you get. I have a high end Ashley's leather sectional that is going on 10 years, and it's still in amazing condition cuz I actually leather treat and clean it. Ashley also produces low end stuff for teenagers and college students moving into their first apartment etc.Summary:What I'm getting at is you can judge this store for carrying all tiers of furniture. Just because they sell cheap stuff doesn't mean everything they sell is cheap; you have to choose carefully.”
