“Pretty good experience. My dishwasher is only 5 years old, but the washer motor quit. They were booked a week out. The tech was an hour late, but the business called and let me know he went to the wrong appt first. It took a week to get the parts and it was another week before they could install the part. The dishwasher is working great and it was a 80% cheaper than buying a new one.Update: I've been using the dishwasher daily for the last 5 months and it is working great. So glad I opted to call Broadway Appliance to repair my dishwasher.”

“So far I have had nothing but positive experiences from our local store...but this is more for the delivery guys I had today. I had a fridge delivered today and Dustin and Dalton were my delivery guys, sorry if I incorrectly spelled their names...but they were the most friendly and careful delivery guys I ever have had. The showed the utmost care when moving my new fridge in and were beyond helpful....absolutely great customer service from them two!!!”
“We had an appt to fix the dryer at 9am..two guys showed up at 8:45 and had the dryer fixed in 10 minutes totally impressed by their work ethics. They were polite and very efficient and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. We wouldrecommend them to friends and family.”

Didn't realize until I was gone , was originally a 1 because I spoke to one manager who seemed like it was no big deal. “I just thank God for what your driver's and everyone in your company does .. I mean your drivers work 60 to 70 hours a week they really sacrifice a lot !!!one of the drivers that came out late to fix a leak Bob was his Name he was 70 years old rolling 70 hours a week God bless that man I'm 40 and only work 40 hours a week and I get 3 day weekends I mean I almost feel guilty ... So Thank you so so much .. just can't wait for propane to go down a little but it's not your fault on the price it's joe bidens ... Didn't mean to go political on ya ...
