A tip if you're coming to look at a vehicle: make an appointment if you can. The lot is small and the vehicles are packed in, so if they don't know you're coming it might take a while to get the one you want to look at pulled out so you can drive it.”

“Are experience with Carmax was mostly positive. They keep on hand impressive number of vehicles in stock making it fairly easy to find what you are looking for. Also, the quality of their inventory is quite impressive as well. They are a little weak on what they will offer you for a trade-in, so cash is the best way to go. For the most part, their no-haggle prices on their vehicles seems to be fair as well.”
