“Taylor Estel the guest loyalty specialist and Matthew the vehicle Tech made not the best situation a great experience. The tires I received when I bought the vehicle were pretty worn, so I brought it in for inspection. Taylor was very polite and personal and willing to check everything on the vehicle to make sure it was in good condition. Matthew was willing to show me everything he was checking (which most dealerships do not) and show me what was good and what they would replace or do. Both of the guys were great to work with. Very respectful, polite, and most importantly honest. I wish I could work with them on all our vehicle maintenance!”
