“Very polite employees quickly replaced my driver’s side (and passenger side) windshield wiper that broke off during a spring snowstorm. I’d have never made it home without it! (Still waiting for my emailed receipt though.)
Update: 3days later still no emailed receipt; even after I called them: said they were very busy but should have in 24 hours.)
Also, didn’t mention before but for 2 windshield wipers, they said they were $28.95. After charging my card, the said the total was $62.?? & they’d email my receipt. Around $30 labor for less than 5 minutes of work? The had no trouble at all attaching the wipers: took about a minute.”
“Went in to get 4 new tires, we ran into an issue in the beginning which ultimately led to a longer wait. But Alex and DJ took care of us and were very empathetic and understanding. Before leaving they made sure that we were satisfied. They handled the situation professionally while still being a human.
