Don't take your car to a dealership they are a ripoff and provide low quality services with nice window dressing. My entire family goes to Hotshots and we don't trust our vehicles anywhere else. Hotshots may be a little higher, but after you get your "final" bill from the other guys it will be too late. Also hotshots doesn't upsell their tickets with BS they have customers coming nonstop and don't need to make every ticket count on markups, they are slammed.Services: Transmission”

“Full synthetic oil change for santa fe was $100, which seems to expensive but I agreed to it. They got it done on a reasonable time. My only minor complaint is that they somehow left a rubber glove attacked and hangover down when done. Someone saw it and let me know so I crawled under and removed it.”

“First time customer. Went to them on the recommendation of a coworker. He told me that they were good and maybe not the cheapest but they were fair. I found this to be the case. I went in concerned that I needed to have my brakes replaced and they're evaluation said I still had a few months left and there was no reason to replace my brakes yet. Many places would have just replaced my brakes. In some, I found them to be honest, thorough, and timely in performing the service that I did need done. I will be using them for both my vehicles going forward.”
