“i had an HP all-in-one printer from costco that abruptly died with a 'carriage jam' error. i used the 'request a quote' option and received a prompt response to my text inquiry, then took it into 'ink it over' for diagnostics.it transpired that a part broke on my printer that couldn't be ordered, but they were able to set up a similar model they had on hand using a gear from my broken printer for a nominal labor charge (saving me $90 for a new part)i was able to get a functional printer at a reasonable price, very happy with the customer service!”

“We were referred to Ross by Rocky Mountain Blueprint as the best place around for small-format printers and copiers. Ross was responsive and able to answer questions that we coudn't get anywhere else, eve on web research, and give options that were exactly what we needed. We purchased a used Canon IR 5030 with a support contract, and both the machine and the service have been exceptional. We will be calling Copier Rentals of Colorado first from now on for any other needs.”

“Great service. Greeted when we walked in. She directed us to the section which might have what we were looking for. They did have the cork board tiles but not in the color we wanted. They have plenty of items but not many choices in each which works. I remember them from before when they were everywhere. I would recommend for printing and office and school supplies. Parking in shared lot.”

There are some negative reviews surrounding the Xerox/copier division that I cannot speak to but when looking for intelligible solution architects, managed services, and quick turnaround infrastructure hardware, Lewan does a fantastic job.”
