My experience with TerraSlate from an initial online search, then a chat inquiry, an order and to my post-purchase email exchange with Remington, the account manager, was as smooth and clean as their paper (Hydronote blank copy paper)! Their product performed exceptionally well in my business colour laser printer and was then spiral-bound and field-tested as a working manual we took on the road for a month. But what really stood apart was how they handled my concern and delivered without question the complete resolution of the issue without making me work. This is rare today. Most companies have no idea how much work they create for their customers just to get the customer service they promised. I'm not a commercial or wholesale customer but the experience left me feeling like a Key Account and that will stick with me. Thank you for being exemplary in a time of mediocrity.”

When I called Ink It Over to help with repairs the service representative was responsive in returning my phone calls and keeping intouch throughout the service. The printer is up in age and needed updating. Stefan was extremely helpful in assisting me with picking up the printer and taking it to the local shop on Illiff in Aurora, CO. There they diagnosed the issues making minor repairs and then delivered It back to my home. This has been the best customer service anyone would desire to have. I am truly grateful for the service and care they provided. They get my highest recommendation!”

“Great service. Greeted when we walked in. She directed us to the section which might have what we were looking for. They did have the cork board tiles but not in the color we wanted. They have plenty of items but not many choices in each which works. I remember them from before when they were everywhere. I would recommend for printing and office and school supplies. “We were referred to Ross by Rocky Mountain Blueprint as the best place around for small-format printers and copiers. Ross was responsive and able to answer questions that we coudn't get anywhere else, eve on web research, and give options that were exactly what we needed. We purchased a used Canon IR 5030 with a support contract, and both the machine and the service have been exceptional. We will be calling Copier Rentals of Colorado first from now on for any other needs.”
