“This is a great store. That being said I would be careful what you buy here. I just wanted something to wear to the yodeling superstar Mason Ramsay's concert. I guess I underestimated the authenticity of their western wear as when I woke up the next morning I noticed my Silverado SS was an extra 3 inches off the ground. I slapped my rear pocket (no that's not weird don't read too much into it) and discovered a can of Copenhagen wintergreen I have no memory of buying. My Sunday drives have been reduced to driving through wheat fields. Every time I go into Big R to buy motor oil and look at the chicks the gentleman there refer to me as "partner" and no longer just "sir." I accidentally bought a 36" by 48" framed photograph of a horse. There's more but anyways be careful as it is very easy to get swept up in the western wear life without realizing it. Now if you'll excuse me I have reservations at the Cracker Barrel”

“I recently wanted to try a popular shoe (the 990v6) but the only ones available felt a bit tight at the store. I bought them anyway, hoping they'd break in, but after 2 weeks they still felt uncomfortable and hurt my heels.While walking through the mall, I saw this store and asked if I could exchange my shoes for a wider fit, even though this was not the same store where I bought the original pair , and I didn't have the box and was wearing them. The manager kindly made an exception and exchanged them for the right size! Found a purple shoe I thought my gf would like in the wrong size and Patrick went out of his way to help find the size she thought she was, (Currently she's out of country so we had some communication struggles) my gf and I both thought she was a different size from what she actually was but I greatly appreciate Patrick's extremely helpful character. Patrick also helped my mom and I save a substantial amount of money by signing up to be a Nike member and verifying that my military discount would stack with the discount. My mom was able to get 5 pairs of shoes thanks to Patrick's help. Patrick provided the greatest customer care I've had in years id say, I'm not even exaggerating. Next time ill make the drive to go to this Nike store just because of Patrick.”
