“This is a great store. That being said I would be careful what you buy here. I just wanted something to wear to the yodeling superstar Mason Ramsay's concert. I guess I underestimated the authenticity of their western wear as when I woke up the next morning I noticed my Silverado SS was an extra 3 inches off the ground. I slapped my rear pocket (no that's not weird don't read too much into it) and discovered a can of Copenhagen wintergreen I have no memory of buying. My Sunday drives have been reduced to driving through wheat fields. Every time I go into Big R to buy motor oil and look at the chicks the gentleman there refer to me as "partner" and no longer just "sir." I accidentally bought a 36" by 48" framed photograph of a horse. There's more but anyways be careful as it is very easy to get swept up in the western wear life without realizing it. Now if you'll excuse me I have reservations at the Cracker Barrel”

“I needed a new pair of shoes, as the ones I had were getting a little worn. I have been a fan of SAS shoes for years, but had been unable to find a store that sold them in the Metro area. I say this, because when I mentioned my shoe dilemma to my sister, she said why don't you just Google SAS shoe locations in Denver and see what comes up. I knew that, but I just wanted to see what kind of advise she would offer, and along with the look she gave me when I said that, makes me appreciate my family all the more?However, I took her advise, and found the Location of the SAS shoe store in Arvada just off 52nd Ave. As I entered I was greeted by Barbara, one of the sales associates, and I explained my need for new footwear. She was very knowledgeable and directed me over the a selection of shoes, picked out a couple of styles she thought I might like, and then had me try them on to see how they fit. She also did something that I haven't had done in quite a while and that was that she took to time to measure my foot to get an accurate size. It's kinda like getting a haircut. The little things that harken back to a more traditional time when people stopped and took the time to add a personal touch to your shopping experience, which meant a lot and guaranteed that you would become a return customer.Barbara was very courteous, knew the product line, and helped me pick out the shoes I needed that will present a professional look no matter if I'm wearing jeans or business attire. The price was reasonable, they are made in America, and as I mentioned before, I have been a fan of SAS shoes for decades, precisely because of the quality of their craftsmanship. And because of the courtesy and professional attitude Barbara displayed when helping me out, I can assure you that I will be a repeat customer.So if you are looking for a quality pair of shoes, (men or women's) made in America, and like to deal with a professional sales staff, then SAS Shoes off 52nd Ave. In Arvada is one place I highly recommend.Bravo Zulu, Barbara and SAS Shoes.”
