“Overall, I would recommend. My experience related to an insurance claim, so payment and the whole process was a little different.
First, I stopped in and wasn't able to make an appointment as the insurance company needed to verify. Once that was completed, I returned. Nick was very efficient and quickly determined the estimated price and set up the next appointment to get the car in for repairs.
Repair time was set for about two weeks and a link was sent that showed where in the process the repair was at. I loved having this, but, unfortunately, it was not updated. However, I did receive calls and texts about where we were at in the process.
The procedure ended up taking about a week longer than expected. However, an update was given and I was able pick up the car a few days before the updated expected completed date.
The work completed looked great! In addition, the car was cleaned and looked better than it had in months!
Customer service was good, timliness was a little slow and the product was wonderful. Would definitely use again...”
