“My friend recommended we hire Skyline Moving to unload our 16 foot POD. She had used them twice and was very happy with the service. I am, too! They were very responsive over the phone, and accommodated changes in schedule when the POD was delayed. On the morning of the unloading Sam called and confirmed their arrival time. They arrived at the exact time. We needed them to take things up a short flight of stairs and then down into the basement. Sam and Kyelar were amazing. The estimate was three hours. They worked non-stop and accomplished the move in exactly the estimated time. They moved boxes and furniture around for us and were very easy to work with. They also made sure the labels were facing outward so we could identify what was in the boxes. They protected the doors, floors, and railings with padding. Everything was neat and clean when they left, right on schedule! I've moved before and the price paid for excellent work is well worth it. They charge a reasonable rate with no surprises. Every call I made was answered promptly (no endless phone trees), everyone I spoke with was friendly and able to help me and all my questions were answered patiently and accurately. Scheduling was prompt and flexible. The driver called to let me know he was on his way for delivery and was able to place the cube exactly where I wanted it using a forklift in front of my house on a busy urban street.
