“This was by FAR the best moving experience I’ve had (and I’ve done a LOT of moving and tried many different options, some resulting in horror stories). From the first phone call inquiring to picking up our containers post-move, this process was incredible. Every UPack employee was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I called leading up to making my reservation multiple times with a number of questions and everyone I spoke to was kind and happy to help. The employees who delivered and picked up the containers were so nice and did a great job. Our stuff arrived on time and honestly this process went smoother than I could have possibly imagined. This company goes above and beyond to make what can be a really stressful experience a breeze. Oh and they’re pricing? Compared to other similar container moving companies, I was shocked at how good their prices are. It almost seemed to good to be true but this was one of those rare instances where it was just true. “This move started with a very rough start, but Johnny D, Donny, Gabe, and Carlos saved the day. I was promised and confirmed a lift gate truck several times during the move for my antique piano that is extremely heavy. That was my highest priority for the move. Nick a manager, the day before the move ask if I would put a fourth man on the crew because they needed him on a second job. That was a flat out lie. Once again Nick the manager drops the ball and puts Johnny D in a very difficult situation and gives him a truck without a lift gate that was so imperative to the move. Johnny D the very professional and calm team lead, calls in that the piano cannot be moved without a lift gate truck. Johnny D the hero of the day, gets Josh to bring a lift gate truck so the piano can be safely transported. Without Johnny and the crew the piano would have never made it. Not only did Nick infuriate me, he put the safety and well being of Johnny, Donny, Gabe, and Carlos in danger. He expected them to magically push a solid walnut piano up a ramp. Thankfully, my Crew and Josh were amazing and the rest of the move went a smoothly as possible.I am so grateful for Johnny D, Donny, Gabe, and Carlos and their hard work. Donny made sure that every item was treated with care and was secured for the trip. Gabe and Carlos were extremely fast, but made sure everything was wrapped for safety.I am extremely impressed by Josh and Johnny D and how they handled the nightmare that Nick caused.If you are moving make sure to ask for Johnny, Donny, Gabe, and Carlos they really did a outstanding job.”

“In an uncertain situation, I used my POD to store another person's items outside of my home while they relocated. It was safer and more convenient for all involved. I ordered the POD online (easy!), and bought their lock - which comes with 3 keys, so I was able to give a key to the person and a 3rd party. PODS delivery was quick and fun to watch. (PODZILLA!!)Once the items were retrieved, I went online and easily scheduled the POD pickup in 2 clicks. Next thing it was gone and I got this survey. Voila!Whatever your need, I highly recommend their services. The containers are strong, secure and clean; and the staff is professional, courteous and responsive.”
