“This place is great. They have tool service which they can do some inhouse and if no t they will send the item out to the manufacturer. You can get most anything there for your construction needs. They are even supplying erosion control items now.”
“Love this store and spend thousands of dollars there each year. Hate to give a bad review but i feel like people (owners) would appreciate the feedback. First off I'd like to say I'm probably one of the few younger folk that I ever see at the store and generally am looked at like I'm there to rob the place. Today I spent about 30 min sorting through the cherry lumber rack picking out around $400 worth of cherry and when I asked Terry for a ticket to pay for it, he hesitated and asked me if i actually wanted to buy it. Like i was sorting through an entire pallet of lumber for fun or something. When it came time to pay for the lumber and another $200 worth of merchandise Terry rang me up and didnt even have the decency to say thank you. I love woodcraft but am starting to not like this location. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm absolutely compelled. This situation is beyond my comprehension why anyone would have such an employee representing a business let alone woodworking and woodcraft.

“Went in on a humbug and walked around just doing some prelim research on the price of poultry feeds.Looks like a 30-40% increase since Brandon was installed to push inflation to the Moon and cripple the working class.Well laid out store, clean and neat with very helpful staff. Got asked if I needed any help while looking around, got asked how my day was going at the register, no hassles and I even found empty egg cartons for .80 a pop so I can buy local eggs at a discount. Will be back to see the fluffball baby chooks when they are in season.”
“I got there right at shift change so I got handed off to other employees twice. One didn't know much but the second person a female knew right what I was looking for. They didn't have any choices so was told to look online”
“Have to say I was beyond impressed/pleased with the helpful attitudes from most if not all the employees. Everyone was friendly & asked me if I needed help & or direction. I was able to get in and out a lot quicker. I've always experienced good service at this location & that is why I make sure to stop at this location over the location in the town that I live. “It was real short visit got a can of spray paint to paint an appliance and a half inch brass fitting for gas outlet. Notice there was a very long line and only one cashier. People were getting somewhat upset because there was almost 20 people in line. I walked over to the information counter. And as I was headed that way a cashier walked past me and I said only one of you guys working tonight as a cashier. He says I'm opening one right now. I went and got checked out immediately instead of having to wait for 20 people to check out. Then the line diminished very quickly. I just got really good timing. And I'm going to continue to believe that.”
“Lowes in loveland stayed open one Thanksgiving after hours when my water heater went out with a house full of people. We were able to get it back up and going due to the kind people who went out of their way to help us out.”
