“If I could give 25 stars I would. I can not say enough amazing things about Joseph’s Hardware! Everyone is incredibly helpful, especially Kate who’s an expert at all things plumbing. I’ve had an issue with my shower / tub and she was so kind to text, call, and walk me through the process of what I needed. I told her I’d be back at the store in 20 minutes to get the parts she suggested, when I walked into the store they had the parts ready for me at the checkout. If you want one on one service with folks who actually want to help you out, this is the place to go!”

He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He just dropped what he was doing and walked me clear to the other side of the store to show me where to find what I needed. After I got what I needed another associate went out of his way to ask if I needed anything. I am very impressed with everyone at this location.”

I RV full-time, and have tried another location where the employees always complain or refuse because it’s below 30°… whereas at this location, they’re always friendly and welcoming. “I came in at 4:30 on a Thursday without an appointment to look at kitchen cabinet options. A kitchen specialist was available right away to meet with me. I knew in general, what I was looking for. She helped me narrow it down quickly, and could’ve given me price with various cabinet styles within another 15 minutes, but I was in a hurry. She promised to send me an email within a day or two with a price for all the options I asked for. Excellent service from a person who obviously loves her job.”
