“I had just received a new iPhone Pro 15 for Father's Day and it started on day 3 of not being able to send pictures to any Android phone. After spending 4 1/2 hours on the phone over 2 days we decided to just go to a Corporate AT&T store. Was met by Pops one of the techs. Explained what the issue was and what Apple had done and their results. He did some checking of things and finally stated that we would have to wait until a manager came in to swap it out. That would be in a couple of hours. We came back at the appointed time and met with John the Assistant Manager from another store. He did some THOROUGH testing with several of the corporate techs. The whole time he was keeping us abreast of what they were doing. After all was done the issue wasn't resolved. They decided that they would swap out the phone for a new one. Did I like spending 6 hours there. No but Pop's and John made it enjoyable as they worked diligently to try to solve our issues. Could I have been upset about it all, easily but both of them made easy to be there explaining the whole process that they go through. AT&T you are fortunate to have these 2 employees.”

Completed the transfer for me immediately. He was soooo friendly and explained everything he was doing. What a joy this employee is. I like to call him “Magic”.”
