“I just started doing business with this pawnshop, i like it here. They work with you and play fair. Only thing is that they close at 6pm and most pawnshops close at 7pm but they open on Sundays and most are closed on Sundays...... “I had gone to 2 jewelry stores in the mall to have a silver bracelet fitted with a new lobster clasp as the old one broke loose. Both places quoted $139, and would have to send it off-site with a 2 week wait. I was leaving and spotted a kiosk labeled "Watch & Jewelry Repair". Great service. 10 minutes. $40! He sauntered the clasp on so the jump ring wouldn't come loose again, and even deep cleaned and polished the bracelet for free. He just earned a new lifetime customer.”

I had an issue with buying a new phone (surprisingly a medical issue), so I had to temporarily go back to my old phone, but couldn't get it to work.Other Cricket store staff couldn't or wouldn't fix the issue, I was tired of trying and had no service on my phone for a few days.We were at the Aurora Mall for a different reason, and decided to stop in. Alondra not only helped me, but took the time to call Cricket customer service to troubleshoot the problem, and fixed it so I could use my phone again.She is amazing, very professional, kind, and helpful!! 5 stars because of her wonderful customer service.I will definitely go back for accessories, have my family buy their new phones there, and to refer others there.Thank you Alondra. ?????”

“Antonio was very helpful. He showed me the different phones and tried to simplify the different plans. Which is a good thing! Don't really care for cricket phones but I needed a phone and my carrier after being with them for 7 years kept shutting my hotspot off on my 4G phone. Then they finally told me that I would have to upgrade to a 5G in order to get my hotspot back. This went on for 3 months! Every time I call they'd walk me through the settings and all this just trying to BS me. I hate companies like that!”

When I left and went to Google the next cricket store so I could give them my money and before I even got my butt into the chair he comes walking out to his car climbs in and just chills clearly watching for the next customer to enter the store and bother him.”
