“I was driving my parents on C470 for a little vacation in the mountains when their car starting making noises. I pulled off & Coloradoland was right there. Jeff told us they had a full schedule that day, but he'd try to fit us in. It was raining out, but my parents, my dog, and I sat in their lobby for an hour or so, then he came out, told us he'd found a full fix with parts they had on hand... no worries, no cost, and he hoped we'd enjoy our vacation. I don't know what it was. Something under the car was scraping the ground, but we knew it wasn't drivable. We felt like he gave us a miracle.”

“Jeff and Devin at EAS have proven to be HONEST and responsible. After a repair job on a transmission seal, my van continued to have a leak. I authorized additional work that could have cost thousands. As they again disassembled the axle seal, they determind their tech had failed to reassemble the original job correctly. They easily could have proceeded with the unnecessary repair but instead HONESTLY admitted the techs error and completed the original job correctly AND reimbursed me 100% for the original repair costs. “Big O Tires Remington Place offers exceptional customer service. I took my 2022 Toyota Tacoma for tire service due to a slow leak in one of the Tires. Although I arrived without an appointment at 4:30pm, the were able to take my truck right away. They pulled out a nail and patched up the tire. I was back on the road in less then 30 minutes. They performed the service with no charge (free). Thank you Big O Tires Remington Place in Littleton Colorado.”

Not a huge deal I could have found one online. But this guy orders a new set of caps from ebay for me and let's me know when to come pick them up. “I just dropped in for a tire rotation after my regular tire place was too booked up. I was met by their employee, Ashley, opening the door for me. She checked their schedule and got me in within 15 minutes and I was in and out of there with no charge. All the employees were nice and looked like everybody was having fun. I think I just found my new tire place.”
“I run an auto repair shop in Colorado Springs. My son's car broke down on a Friday while I was heading out of town. I decided to have the car towed to Taylor Automotive becaise he works in Littleton. The car got there in the afternoon and was diagnosed and fixed before closing time at 5pm. Well come Monday we found out they got a defective part. Here's where most consumers don't understand our side of the situation. We spend a lot of time building rapport with vendors to not only get the best cost for our customers but best product too. Well bad parts happen. I get defective parts from the dealer as well as aftermarket. David had my kids car towed back to the shop, fixed it and DELIVERED it back to my son's work. I almost never let my kids take their car anywhere but my shop. John and David went above and beyond to rectify a problem they couldn't forsee. Its been about two weeks and the car is starting everytime just like it should. Great job Taylor Automtive and thank you for getting my kid back on the road.”

I brought in my car after having a 3 year old tire go flat. I had recently put on the spare and all of my tools were scattered in the back of my car.
Sam’s club staff fixed the flat, rotated the tires, and nearly stowed my spare and tools back into the car, which I hadn’t expected or asked for.
Excellent staff and service, they went above and beyond. It was also $0 since I purchased the original tires at Sam’s. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for tires in the future.”
“The employees at this Firestone location have been amazing with all my tire needs. Coming from somebody who doesn't know much about cars, they were sure to walk me through any issues and show me the parts I needed, and make sure I wanted the services done before doing it. 2 weeks later, I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it right up no issues at all. I will be returning for other services on my Jeep when needed and I definitely recommend this location!”
