“I appreciate ACU for having consistently great rates and allowing loan skip a pay easily for the trying times. Customer service is typically friendly, although I had a difficult time getting kindness or professionalism while communicating with Michael Summers. I would love to handle all of my banking needs through ACU but I just don’t have the time or patience to navigate their various less than subpar softwares. Between the very busy, klunky and poor layout of their website, the very limited functionality of their mobile app, and having to pay my loan payment on a completely different third site it’s very time consuming and somehow there’s a fourth online banking portal which is the only place you can see your loan terms, balance, etc. I love the idea of the bank and the benefits but its software inconsistencies and mess have stopped me from doing further banking there.”
“Excellent Service minus one or two not too nice people. Just make sure to come with time to spare if your transactions are not of just deposit or withdrawls. Make yourself confortable while you wait and get your cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Overall great service branch, a bit far, but if you enjoy the empty streets with the ramp to FWY 470 less than a block away you’re good ????”

“Update. 12 14 23. Jonathan is a very helpful banker. He is knowledgeable and got our banking needs taken care of in a happy and helpful manner. Good service.UPDATE 9-6-2023 - This bank won't exchange money. If you bring in 4 quarters, you can not get a $1 bill. We stopped in and they would not convert coins to bills. The time before, they could not make change for us, we needed $10 bills, and "the vault was closed for the day" and they could not accommodate. A bank that can't exchange money. Ugh. We were informed the southwest branch does have a coin counter.Stopped in to US Bank here at the Ken Caryl division office. I've had an ongoing issue accessing a new account on the interweb. I called into customer service several times and just kept hitting a snag. Welp, turns out I went in with my laptop computer and showed Jonathan what was going on. He suspected it was a certain issue with my debit card, but admitted it had only happened one other time in his life. He said "Hang on a sec, let's try this out." I said, "Okay great". Jonathan came back with a full access debit card, as opposed to the "deposit only" card I had been issued. We got it all set up with a new PIN number which is, and then tried to access my account. It worked! Thank you Jonathan and the rest of US Bank team here at Ken Caryl. You're the best.”
