“I have been banking with Wells Fargo for a LONG time, so I've been to a lot of their branches. This location is by far the best one! If you ever need anything, see Tristan at this location. His customer service and knowledge of banking is beyond exceptional. I will gladly make the half hour drive out to this location to meet with Tristan when I need anything bank or finance related done. The employees here are always nothing but awesome!”

“Update. 12 14 23. Jonathan is a very helpful banker. He is knowledgeable and got our banking needs taken care of in a happy and helpful manner. Good service.UPDATE 9-6-2023 - This bank won't exchange money. If you bring in 4 quarters, you can not get a $1 bill. We stopped in and they would not convert coins to bills. The time before, they could not make change for us, we needed $10 bills, and "the vault was closed for the day" and they could not accommodate. A bank that can't exchange money. Ugh. We were informed the southwest branch does have a coin counter.Stopped in to US Bank here at the Ken Caryl division office. I've had an ongoing issue accessing a new account on the interweb. I called into customer service several times and just kept hitting a snag. Welp, turns out I went in with my laptop computer and showed Jonathan what was going on. He suspected it was a certain issue with my debit card, but admitted it had only happened one other time in his life. He said "Hang on a sec, let's try this out." I said, "Okay great". Jonathan came back with a full access debit card, as opposed to the "deposit only" card I had been issued. We got it all set up with a new PIN number which is, and then tried to access my account. It worked! Thank you Jonathan and the rest of US Bank team here at Ken Caryl. You're the best.”

“I don't normally leave gas station reviews, but this was pretty great. I paid for two car washes, and the receipt machine was broken. It wasn't a crazy expensive wash or anything and I was short on time so I just left. About a week later, I came in for some windshield wiper fluid. I just asked if they had a way to look that up. Didn't even ask for him to compensate me or look it up. He said they didn't have a way to pull it up. Nbd. So I finished my purchase, and he just pulled up a receipt and gave me a free wash to make up for the receipt machine. Excellent customer service. I wasn't able to catch his name, but he really didn't have to do that, especially since it was my own fault for not bringing up the issue when it happened. Thank you sir! Glad I buy gas here.”
