They said they drove it a great deal but they couldn't recreate the symptoms, told me to let them know if it happens again...didn't charge me a penny. Very nice service. They clearly cared...not their fault that the problem is intermittent.”

“I was looking for a place to bring my 2006 Wrangler for a second opinion because I was frustrated by the “shop” I had been using. I have found it extremely difficult to find anyone to work on my Jeep without throwing parts at it. I found Wessbacker and was impressed by their reviews and called. They got me right in and Jason was very thorough and straightforward in the diagnosis. He fixed my Jeep and made sure there would be no surprises that could pop up. He also save me from an unnecessary repair I was quoted from the previous shop. I felt very comfortable with Jason and his knowledge of the challenges for parts and repairs on my old Jeep. I have had it since 2006 and have been refurbishing it after 2 sons drove it during high school. It will always be “something” with this Jeep but now I have a trusted place to take it! We had 12 preschoolers on the bus and didn’t want to have to wait 2-3 hours. Dave came to the rescue with a tire and changed it out for us. “The engine failed on our 2023 Yukon AT4 with less than 8,000 miles. When we brought the vehicle in to GMC of Castle Rock, Mike, in the service department let us know right away that GM had identified the issue with their 6.2L V8 engine and would submit the claim to GM after running the diagnostics. Within twenty four hours GM approved the replacement engine and the team
at GMC Castle Rock had our new engine installed and back to us in a week. Even though we didn’t purchase our vehicle from this dealership, they provided us with a loaner vehicle. It’s easy to make promises of quality and customer service as a company, but you can really tell if that’s true when there is a problem and how they handle that problem. Mike and GMC stepped up and took care of us and we will continue to be loyal customers in turn!”

“Castlerock Ford Service & specifically, Gary, provided us the best auto service by a dealership that I have experienced in years. We made the mistake of taking our Ford F150 to another Ford
dealership in Littleton and it sat on the lot for two days without anyone ever attempting to resolve an issue. So we picked up truck and drove it to Castlerock Ford (CF). Gary had the truck in the shop for diagnosis same day, parts ordered and repair completed next day. You cannot ask for better service. Castlerock Ford is 40 miles roundtrip for me, so it is not convenient. However, I would rather travel the distance for better service versus absolutely deplorable service from another dealership less than a mile from my home. Thats how great Castlerock Ford is to my family. It’s worth the drive to have someone appreciate your business and have someone you trust working on your vehicle. “I purchased a used van with some body damage. I had taken it to 4 previous body shops and none of them would work on my van due to not having a paint booth high enough for the van. Two of the shops initially agreed to do the work, but turned me away when I came to leave the vehicle, costing me several weeks in delays. Aaron was recommended to me by a friend. I took the van to his shop and he spent some time reviewing the damage and said he would do it but it would take a few weeks. I dropped the van off in December and picked it up in January. Aaron sent some pictures while the fix was happening to show the progress. When I picked it up, it was perfect!
