“The battery to my BMW died, i called Titan and they had me in the same day. After the diagnostic, I had to replace the battery and needed my annual oil change. I also asked for a full look over since I was planning on a long distance trip and figured I might as well get it looked over while there. They topped off my tires and replaced the battery to my fob, everything else was good and I just needed the 2 services. They fixed up my vehicle and they gave me peace of mind. I feel most places try to do that especially as a woman so it was refreshing to not have that happen. They have a system that will explain all the issues wrong with your car and well as pictures and I really enjoyed that as it can be confusing to know what parts they’re talking about when giving a diagnosis. “Words cannot express how grateful I am to Brennan and the crew at CORE Off Road! I had a really scary road rage encounter earlier this week - guy was screaming at me because of the headlights on the Jeep. I am clueless - Jeep is how it was bought - and it, along with a bunch of other toys that I am stuck with - was bought in an effort to keep my then husband's episodes of violent rage and physical abuse at bay. To say that I am overwhelmed with paying for and maintaining the stuff that I am left with after the divorce is an understatement. I had visited CORE in late summer for an event and decided I would try to swing by and make an appointment for them to take a look at the headlights. Brennan immediately recognized how distressed I was about the road rage encounter that morning, brought the Jeep into the shop, and one of the employees (who was phenomenal, but I forgot his name) adjusted my headlights right then even though it was almost closing time. They did not charge me a penny - only asked that I bring the Jeep back when I need additional work done on it. Are they kidding me? I will never bring my Jeep anywhere else! On top of that, I very much enjoyed 30 minutes of incredibly thoughtful and engaging conversation with Brennan (who is around the same age as my own children). Well done mom and dad - this is a young man of great character and respect for others. Rare quality these days! Thank you, Brennan, and team! I will definitely be back!”

“I had a flat tire on I-25 and between cdot safety and then a tow company from my insurance company I still didn't feel like everything was taken care of. I drove to Big O tires and they were amazing. They looked at my tire that had blown and after assessing it realized it was not reparable. They looked at my bizarre space saving blow up tire the other people had put on the car and they made sure it was inflated and appropriately placed on the rim (it wasn't when I came in) so I could get back up to Denver. Then he wouldn't take any money. I am so so thankful and so appreciative of their help.”

“I have a 14 year old Honda Odyssey that my kid drives, so it is essential that the work done on it is thoughtful, not hurried and it is safe for her to drive. Les Schwab recently replaced the front two worn tires with some tires I had at home. Luckily they were the same type of tire as the rear tires. I sent my 18 year old daughter in with the car. They were patient with her, took the time to make sure that the tires I brought in could be used, did not try to needlessly sell her tires we didn't need. They also replaced three over torqued lug nuts and one broken (from being over torqued) one and took the time to fix my terrible alignment.I appreciate their honesty, their respectful treatment of my 18 year old daughter, and their hard work. I feel confident that my kid now has a safe ride. Thank you! I will be back!”

“The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything to me in detail. They treated me with courtesy and respect (something other mechanic shops often lack with female customers). Jake also quickly got me estimates and sent them to my email so I could look them over. They also made sure my vehicle was safe for travel. The reason for my visit was due to some sort of vehicle malfunction— my back drivers side wheel was completely locked up , I originally took it to Les Schwab because they had done my brakes two months ago and I was certain it was a seized caliper (the wheel started to rotate after unloading it from the tow truck). When Les Schwab found nothing I took it to this shop to have the axel looked at, they also found nothing wrong with the axel and no code to identify the cause of the problem. I still applaud these gentlemen for doing a thorough look over to ensure my safety. This was extremely important to me as I put a lot of mileage on my car and am often driving on the highway at high rates of speed.”

“I went to three different body shops to get a quote after someone backed into the front of my car. Wicked Collision not only gave me the most reasonable price without adding a bunch of things that didn’t really need to be replaced but when I went in to get the quote, they helped me temporarily fix the car so it wouldn’t rub on my tire and I could continue driving the car. When I took it in to get repaired, it only took a week and when I got it back, they had even detailed it! I would definitely recommend getting repairs done here!!!Services: Painting”
“Breaks were squeaking so I took my truck in assuming I would get my breaks replaced and would magically be told that I need extra services as well… I get a call saying that my breaks are not ready to be replaced and that they have a solid amount of material left. They recommended waiting if I can handle the squeaking for a little longer. I will continue to go here for all my cars needs. Very impressed with the honesty they showed in a market where people get taken advantage of constantly. Highly recommend them.”
